We are happy to issue a refund in the form of account credit, if contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item AND the item has never been worn or washed and is free of pet hair, stains and scents. To initiate a return, you must complete our return form.

Please DO NOT send back an item without completing the form. We will not be able to process your return without the google form. Items must be mailed to us within 3 days of submitting the google form. Returns may take up to a week to process. We do not e-email when the item is received but will email when the account credit has been applied. Please keep shipment tracking for your own records. Please note mystery items, undergarments, bathing suits, pre-orders, pre-authorized orders and holiday pieces are FINAL SALE. Any items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. Due to the nature of our boutique and the ever changing inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange is made you will receive an email stating shipping has been added to your cart. Please pay promptly so we can get your item back to you. We do not hold items for exchanges. Unless specified, all returns will receive store credit. If you want a refund you must put a note in the return package stating you want a refund. Refunds may be subject to a $3 processing fee as we are charged additional fees to return to your card. Items returned outside of the allotted time will be subject to a $5 restocking fee per item.
All defects and issues must be brought to our attention via email (bloomtheoryboutique@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order # and a picture of the defective area. All defects found after the 3 day window will be assessed a restocking fee upon return. Once an item has been worn or washed, we are unable to refund or replace due to the number of circumstances that are out of our control.
You are responsible for all shipping costs unless it is a confirmed defect or a mistake we’ve made. Shipping costs will be refunded on defects and mistakes.
